Promotional Hosting Terms and Renewal Policy
Hosting plans purchased using a discount coupon are subject to a minimum two-year commitment.
The first year is billed at a discounted promotional rate.
The second year automatically renews at the regular price as part of the promotional offer.
By using a discount coupon, the customer agrees to this two-year billing structure and acknowledges that the renewal for the second year will be automatically processed. The total discounted price reflects the combined cost of both years.
Once the renewal is processed, the service expiration date is updated, and hosting remains active for the full duration.
According to our refund policy:
Only first-time purchases are eligible for a refund
Renewals are non-refundable once activated
Refunds cannot be issued after the renewal term has started or once the service period has been extended. Customers may disable auto-renewal at any time from their client area to prevent future renewals.
